She is survived by: her husband Jason R. Cunningham; her children, Eric Day and Gabrielle Medina (David); her siblings, Shanna Humphries (Sam), Tiffany L. Wagner and Coleman L. Wagner, Jr.; her grandchildren, Madison Bales, Nicholas Medina, Luciano Medina and Britteny Medina; her great grandchild Lily Medina; and her nieces and nephews, Briana Humphries, Kyleigh DeLaTorre (Diego), Marieana Humphries, Jordyn Humphries (Dalaenah), Sawyer Humphries (Tinsley), Brandon Ward, Tristan Ward, Skyler Ward and Tevin Humphries.
