Cates (Taylor) of Seymour; his daughters, Heather Louis (Junior) of Seymour and Shawnee Ault (Ethan) of Seymour; his siblings, Anna Cates of Wilmington, OH, Jason Cates of Wilmington, OH and Joshua Cates of Wilmington, OH; and his grandchildren, Marcus Louis, Aiden, Henry, Sophie, Lyndi and Hallie Ault.
