It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vera Sparrow of Scottsburg, Indiana, who passed away on November 18, 2020, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sigel Waskom and Flora Weston Waskom; her husband Woody Sparrow; her siblings, Genevieve Scifres, Melvin Waskom, Howard Waskom and Clarence Waskom; and her great grandchildren, Michael Kiewitt and Michelle Kiewitt.
She is survived by: her son John Sparrow (Fran); her grandchildren, Rebecca Staley, Patrick Staley, Michael Kiewitt and Chad Kiewitt; her great grandchildren, Edwin Feuerstein, Joey Feuerstein, Richard Feuerstein, Rena Royalty, Cody Kiewitt, Todd Kiewitt and Shawn Kiewitt; and her great great grandchildren, Alex Royalty, Braxton Royalty, Aria Feuerstein and Liam Feuerstein.
