She is survived by: her mother Wanda Huff of Glendale, Kentucky; her sons, Jeff Hayes of Seattle and Jacob Hayes of Scottsburg, Indiana; her siblings, Marty Lainhart of Scottsburg, Indiana and Troy Alford of Glendale, Kentucky; and her granddaughters, Brianna and Britley Hayes.
