He was predeceased by: his parents, Murl Rigsby and Wanda Rigsby (Brock); his former wife Sue Rigsby; his son Christopher Todd Rigsby; his stepson Tyler Hamelman; and his brother Ben Rigsby.

He is survived by: his wife Leslie Rigsby (Neel); his children, Scott Rigsby (Cassandra) of Valparaiso, Indiana, Heather Rigsby of Scottsburg, Kristie Richardson (Jeff) of Scottsburg, Dawn Rigsby of Scottsburg and Teri Graham of Sarasota, Florida; his brother Brad Rigsby (Theresa) of Scottsburg, Indiana; and his grandchildren, Matthew Mager, Christopher, Perry Rigsby, Lauren Miles, Kinsey Juntunen, Zane, Brayden Hamelman, Amber Richardson, Kayla George, Marley Grant and Mya Graham.

Visitation will be open to the public as long as social distancing guidelines can be observed.
