He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Alonzo Dake and Hazel Dake (Fraker); his son Roger Dale Dake; and his siblings, William Warren Dake, Walter Dake, Rosemary Ann Wells and Betty Gordon.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Dake (Johnson); his daughter Melissa Ann Reardon (Vern) of Scottsburg, Indiana; his daughter-in-law Irene "Tooty" Dake of Cincinnati, Ohio; his grandchildren, Jimmy Brock (Sara), Stacy Christie (Bob), Robert Dake (Elizabeth), Roger Daniel Dake, Brian Reardon (Amber) and Joshua Reardon; and his great grandchildren, Josh, Jayden, Carter, Alexis, Taylor Reardon, Parker, Emmerson Brock, McKnight, Clementine Dake and Mason Christie.
Visitation and services will be open to the public as long as social distancing guidelines can be observed.
