He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Elza Bush and Fannie Bell Bush (Shaw); his daughter Teresa Fisher (Bush); and his siblings, James Robert Bush, Elza Bush, Earl "Bud" Bush and Fanny Henry.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis A. Bush (Collings); his siblings, Larue Bush (Virgie) of Charlestown, IN and Lottie Sentz (Brick) of Crothersville, IN; and his siblings-in-law, Marcia Bush and Glen Henry. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
