She was predeceased by: her parents, Romer T. Cole and Florence Cole (Howell); her husband Kenneth R. Burns; her grandson Jason Franklin; and her siblings, Gerald T. Cole and Mary Sue Eskridge.
She is survived by: her children, Bill Lesnet (Mary) of Scottsburg, Tony Lesnet (Kim) of Scottsburg, John Lesnet of Scottsburg, Indiana, Cindy D. Scifres (Darrell) of Scottsburg and Jeanie S. Richey (Mike) of Scottsburg, Indiana; and her stepson Keith O. Burns (Debra) of Caro, Michigan. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren.
