He was predeceased by: his father Robert Lee; and his stepdaughter Crystal Miller. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Miller; his children, Dawn Suzanne Samuels (Jerry), Gregory Lee Norris (Mary) and Jeffrey Lynn Norris (Meredith); his stepdaughter Rene' Bryant (Daryl); and his brother Richard Joseph Norris. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren.
