She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Adams; her children, Christina Cortes (Ruben) of Scottsburg, Ericka Adams (Paige Tortat) of Scottsburg, Melissa Kay Adams of Scottsburg, Indiana and Jimmy E. Adams of Florida; and her siblings, David Mutch of Cape Coral, Roger Williams and Dora D. Mutch of Scottsburg, Indiana. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
