Linda Kay Palmer Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Kay Palmer of Scottsburg, Indiana, born in Martinsburg, West Virginia, who passed away on February 14, 2021, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harlan Greenfield and Sally Greenfield (Meyers). She is survived by: her husband Ward Palmer; her daughters, Tiffany J. Sipe (Jason) of Scottsburg, Indiana and Crystal G. Palmer of Scottsburg, Indiana; her siblings, David, James (Greenfield) and Shirley Blizzard of West Virginia; and her grandchildren, Shanda Palmer, Destiny Sipe, Jason Sipe, II and Wyatt Sipe.
Visitation and services will be open to the public as long as social distancing guidelines can be observed and will be limited to 50 people in the building. Please follow the CDC's recommendations and guidelines while attending the services and face masks will be required due to the governor's executive mandate.
