He was predeceased by: his parent Layton Sebastian. He is survived by: his parent Jewell (Deaton); his wife Deborah Sebastian (Campbell); his daughters, Dancie Schulze (Chad), Bethany Davis (Charles), Lyndsay Proctor (Ryan) and Kelsi Sandlin; his brother Rick Sebastian; and his grandchildren, Cooper, Payton, Colby, Calin, Oliver Jalynn, Bexli and Brix.
Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic and the governor's executive order, face masks are required in the funeral home and we ask that social distancing is observed.
