Joseph E. Spicer Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph E. Spicer of Scottsburg, Indiana, who passed away on February 22, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jackson Spicer and Marie Spicer (Evans). He is survived by: his close friend Brenda Spicer; his children, Christy Bixler (Kelly) of Scottsburg, Indiana and Brandon "Bo" Spicer of Scottsburg, Indiana; and his siblings, Mark John Spicer of Crothersville, Indiana, Jeannie Coomer of Scottsburg, Jackie Wilkins of Scottsburg and Lois Montgomery of Austin, Indiana. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be given to the American Legion Post #234 c/o Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana.
