He is survived by: his daughter Gabrielle Destiny Engle of Lexington, Indiana; his parents, John Sebastian of Scottsburg, Indiana and Brenda Sebastian of Scottsburg, Indiana; his sister Hope Rice (Randy) of Austin, Indiana; his grandsons, Levi Samuel and Jameson Michael Pryor; and his nephew Brandon Rice.
