He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Silakowski and Wilma Silakowski (Kemp); and his brother Eddie Silakowski. He is survived by: his wife Karen Silakowski (Kallembach) of Scottsburg; his children, Jerry Silakowski (Joy) of Scottsburg, Michael Silakowski (Rose) of San Francisco, California. and Janet Bledsoe (Jason) of Scottsburg; his grandchildren, Jessica Silakowski, Luke Bledsoe and Molly Bledsoe; and his brother John Silakowski (Linda) of Scottsburg.
