He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Lynn and Judy Margaret Cozart (Naylor); and his daughter Leslie A. Cozart. He is survived by: his wife Diana Cozart (Arbuckle); his children, J. Michael Cozart (Rachelle) of Seymour, Indiana and Ashley E. Whitlock of Seymour, Indiana; his grandchildren, Rylan, Finley Cozart and Bryson S. Baker; his siblings, Rick Cozart (Trish) of Scottsburg, Indiana, Ed Cozart (Teresa) of Scottsburg, Indiana and Tina Cozart of Scottsburg, Indiana; his mother-in-law Marjorie Arbuckle; and his siblings-in-law, Rhonda Jones (Allen), Linda Hardin (Matt), Lisa Burns (Doug) and Donnie Arbuckle (Angela).
