It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved James A. Mummert of Scottsburg, Indiana, who passed away at the age of 80, on November 9, 2020. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harrison Mummert and Hallie Mummert (Shambaugh); and his siblings, Clarence Mummert and Nora B. Jenkins. He is survived by: his wife Norma Jean Mummert (Williams); his sisters, Judy Smith of Scottsburg and Lois Beatty of Washington State; and his stepchildren, Pam Schloesser of Minnesota and Donnie Enden of Deputy, Indiana. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, step grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation and services will be open to the public as long as social distancing guidelines can be observed.
Memorial contributions may be given to either Friends of Hardy Lake or Kimberlin Creek Baptist Church c/o Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana.
