She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Spaulding and Josephine Spaulding (Winslow); her husband Robert "Barney" Horn; and her brothers, Everett, Roger, Charles and Junior Roscoe "J. R.".
She is survived by: her sisters, Kathleen Williams, Remalea McCoskey, Anita Kay Haven, Geneva Moody and Lorene Hamilton; her daughter Rebecca "Becky" Horn of Salem, Indiana; her sister Colleen Baldwin of Scottsburg, Indiana; and her granddaughter Elizabeth Conley of Salem, Indiana. She is also survived by three great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
