He is survived by: his father Cecil Grant Hall of Scottsburg, Indiana; his son David Rusty Hall of Austin, Indiana; and his brothers, Dennis Hall of Scottsburg, Steven Hall of Scottsburg and Kevin Hall (Lorrie) of Scottsburg, Indiana. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
