He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Thomas Cox Sr. and Vivian Cox (Bailey); and his brother Bobby D. Cox. He is survived by: his wife Judy Karla Cox (Azure); his children, Diana Hahn (Kris) of Scottsburg, Janene Stotts (Brad) of Scottsburg, Joanna Crace of Nabb, Indiana, Michael Cox (Stephanie) of Scottsburg and Jon Cox (Melissa) of Georgetown, Indiana; his brothers, Cleston Cox of Orlando and Charles Cox of Paducah, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Ashley, Michaela, Kristen, Hillary, Nick, Caleb, Stephen, Katie, Megan, Emily, Ellie, Bailey, Samantha, Peyton, Keaton, Braxton, Reese, Jude and Hunter. He is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren.
