He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Loyed and Margaret Melton. He is survived by: his parents, Elizabeth Parks and Ray Parks of Scottsburg, Indiana; his siblings, Alfredo Santos (Whitney) of Scottsburg, Indiana and Brittany Santos of Scottsburg, Indiana; his nieces, Atalie Santos and Alivia Brown; and his nephew Landon Maricle.
Visitation and services will be open to the public as long as social distancing guidelines can be observed and will be limited to 50 people in the building. Please follow the CDC's recommendations and guidelines while attending the services and face masks will be required due to the governor's executive mandate.
