Betty Doreen Bridgewater Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 13, 2021, at the age of 88, Betty Doreen Bridgewater of Scottsburg, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Alfred Parks and Eva Ethel Parks (Coleman); her husband Charles Leslie Bridgewater; and her brother Herbie Parks. She is survived by: her brother Lawrence C. Parks (Linda) of Scottsburg, Indiana. She is also survived by five nieces and nephews and several great and great great nieces and nephews.
Visitation and services will be open to the public as long as social distancing guidelines can be observed and will be limited to 50 people in the building. Please follow the CDC's recommendations and guidelines while attending the services and face masks will be required due to the governor's executive mandate.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Kimberlin Creek Baptist Church c/o Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana.
