It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Beth Anne Thompson Church of Scottsburg, Indiana, who passed away on May 24, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Cletis Cox and Margaret Elizabeth Cox (Paden). She is survived by: her husband Dave Church of Scottsburg, IN; her daughters, Lisa Lee (Larry) of Odenville, AL, Carrie Daniels (Billy) of Scottsburg, IN, Leslie Thompson Carter of Scottsburg, IN, Amy Youngblood (Jerry) of Scottsburg, IN and Jenna Shields (Brandon) of Scottsburg, IN; her stepchildren, Sara Church Callahan (Doug) of Naples, FL and Andy Church (Pielin) of Dallas, TX; her grandchildren, Chris Cline (Tatelyn), Bryan Smallwood (Kacy), Ashleigh Arrowood (Brandon), Dalton Daniels, Ryan Heil (Tori), Hannah Heil (Zack Adams), Kaitlyn Richey (Randy), Kameron Hollan (Kaylin Carter), Keyton Hollan, Brookelyn Youngblood, Raelyn Shields and Camdyn Shields; her stepgrandchildren, Saralyn, Rachel and Tyler; and her sister Peggy Cox of California. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild.
