She is survived by: her children, Shelly Burlington of Scottsburg, Indiana and Jeremy Spicer of Scottsburg, Indiana; her brother Tim Fleenor (Melody) of Scottsburg, Indiana; her granddaughter Brittany Smith; and her great grandchild Gauge Spicer.
