She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Cebula; her parents, John Sabados and Anna Sabados; her siblings, Emil Sabados (Ethel), Peter Sabados (Harriet), Frank Sabados (Margie), Daniel Sabados (Harriet), John Sabados (Lottie), Julia Spudich (Mike) and Mary Lukas (Paul); and her nieces and nephews, Robert Sabados, Daniel Sabados, John Sabados, James Lukas, Gerald Sabados, Marlene Williams, Joyce Hawkinson, Betty Boskey and Barbara Wilkins.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Patrick Sabados (Sandy), Thomas Sabados (Mary), Paulan Teumer (Ed), Michele Kiernicki (Steve), Denise Whittam (Greg), Darlene Sabados and Bridgett Nelson (Rick).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Smits Funeral Home (2121 Pleasant Springs Ln, Dyer, IN 46311). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at the Holy Cross Cemetery (801 Michigan City Rd, Calumet City, IL 60409).
