He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah Miller and Edna Miller (Joseph); his sister Rosie Miller; and his nephew Wilbur Conley. He is survived by: his wife Georgia L. Horne; his daughters, Clarice Roberts (Jason), Celena Hawk (Mike) and Cenida Bumgardner (Aaron); his grandchildren, Jenna Etherington (Chris), Victoria Roberts, Logan Hawk, Sabrina Roberts, Tyler Hawk, Samantha Bumgardner, Isaac Bumgardner, Jacob Bumgardner, Bryce Roberts, Addison Bumgardner and Zoe Bumgardner; his great grandchildren, Emma Etherington and Quinlynn Etherington; and his siblings, Christine Justice (Joe), Madaline Myers (Bob), Ruth Poe, Mike Miller (Linda) and Renee Cartwright. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
