She was predeceased by: her son Chad Osborne; her sister Joan Harpold; and her stepfather Jim Russell. She is survived by: her son Guy R. Osborne; her grandchildren, Emma Osborne, Jake Osborne and Micah Lemons; and her siblings-in-law, Nanette and Ron Browning. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Shirley's memory to First Christian Church or Samaritan Care Givers.
