He is survived by: his wife Teresa Sanders; his children, Nicole Brittain (Jonathan) and Jason Miller (Madison Jones); his brother Larry Miller (Melissa); his grandchildren, Rolland Brittain and Kylan Brittain; his nephews, Ross Miller and Tanner Buffenbarger; and his niece Carrie Carter (Ryan).

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Jay's memory to the Howard County 4-H Program.
