She was predeceased by: her parents, Arlene Fay (Morris) and Robert Bryce Thompson; her husband Gene; her sisters, Juanita King and Carlene Snipes; her nieces, Jo Ellen Thompson (King), Sherry Garvison (Evans) and Chris Swango (Evans); and her siblings-in-law, Wilby, Rethal Evans, Robert, Norma Evans, Joan Evans, Juanita Evans, Joanie Evans, Larry Goss and Ed King.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Sarah Gene Gustin (Aaron), Jeff Tislow (Ashlie) of Lafayette, Heather Furrer (Mark), Chris Evans (Crystal) of Akron, Katie Overmyer (Brandon) and James Robert Evans of Evansville; her great grandchildren, Halle, Taylor Tislow, Bailey, Mason, Levi, Lincoln Furrer, Aeronna Lewis, Parker, Rebecca Evans, Hunter and Ryker Gene Overmyer; her siblings, Mary Jo Goss of Columbia City and Robert Bryce Thompson (Janice) of Osceola; and her brothers-in-law, Larry Evans, Mick Evans (Judy) of Rochester, Gerald Evans and David Evans.
Roberta requested monetary memorials be made to First Baptist Church Scholarship Fund, 1000 Main St., Rochester, IN 46975.
