He was predeceased by: his father Jack Roe; and his sisters, Cynthia Sue Roe, Dawn Roe-Roth and Brenda L. Vance. He is survived by: his mother Betty Vance (Eisenman); his children, Jeremiah Roe and Aubry Roe; his grandchildren, Ava Roe of Madison and Gabriel Roe of Madison; and his siblings, David Roe (Tammy), Tammy Vegh (Mark), Michael Roe (Jennifer), Bill Vance Jr. (Deb), Doug Vance (Jana) and Kim Mays (Jim). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
