She was predeceased by: her parents, Minnie E. Raney and Delwin M. Raney; her brothers, Delwin and Marvin Raney; her husband Donald G. Peter; her son Gregory A. Peter; and her great grandchild Jack Borden.
She is survived by: her children, Greg, Laura (Scott Berkey), Donna (DelRoy Ortmann), Joellyn (Matt Detjen) and Daniel (Kelli); her daughter-in-law Julie (Bryan Lewis); her grandchildren, Lanae Peter, Aaron Peter, Jessica Tackett, Heather Doberenz (Alex), Jennifer Borden (Chase), Logan Berkey (Krista), Olivia Ortmann, Graham Ortmann (Nicole Ortmann), Anna Ortmann, Estelle Detjen, Heidi Detjen, Weston Peter, Luke Peter, Grace Peter, Samuel and Joseph Peter; and her great grandchildren, Adarius Ranstead, Roscoe Hoover, Brantley, John Tackett, Elliott Doberenz, Aliyah Doberenz, Nora Borden, Liam Borden and Blake Berkey.
In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made in Marilyn's name to the Greg Peter Memorial Fund, Northern Indiana Community Foundation, 227 E 9th Street, Rochester, IN Interment will be in the Rochester IOOF Cemetery.
