She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Carrothers and Rhoda Carrothers Brown (Bacon); her stepfather Ralph Brown; her son Brent D. Kramer; and her siblings, Lennis Wise, Carol Louise Carrothers, Laura Hathaway, Mary Whistler, Bill Carrothers, Gail Hurst and Thelma Ring.
She is survived by: her sons, Frederick J. Sumpter and Judson W. "Jud" Sumpter; her former husband Charles Robert "Bob" Kramer; her son Rick A. Kramer (Deb Kramer); her spouse Theldon Burt; her son Fred (Jackie Sumpter); her daughter-in-law Karen Sumpter of Rochester; and her grandchildren, Dexter, Heather Sumpter of Texas, Arica, Jim Moser of Fishers, Seth Kramer of Fort Wayne, Tina Ewing of Akron, Indiana, Josh Kramer of Maine and Brie Kramer of Rhode Island.
