She is survived by: her children, Kellie Jo Gillenwater, Rick Dawson Carpenter and Kent Eugene Carpenter, Jr.; her grandchildren, Kimberly, Joshua, Shannay, Taylor and Jaden; her stepgrandchildren, Ashley, Rachelle and Eugene; and her sister Bea Stephenson.
