He is survived by: his son Patrick Lee Kelly Jr. of Saylor Park, Ohio; his stepmother Phyllis Kelly of Latonia, Kentucky; his siblings, Steve Kelly of Aurora, Scott Kelly of Sparta, Kay Thies of Rising Sun, Carolyn McClellan of Vevay, Joann Schaub of Rising Sun, Jeannie Rector of Aurora and Regina Kelly of Latonia, Kentucky; and his granddaughter Maddie Rappold.
Memorials may be given in honor of Patrick to the donor's choice or The Waters of Rising Sun Activity Fund.
