He was predeceased by: his father Roy Dilts; and his stepfather Roger Cline. He is survived by: his mother Margaret Dilts (Vornheder) of Milan; his girlfriend Brandi White of Rising Sun; and his brothers, Justin Dilts of Mason and Ryan Taylor (Angie) of Aurora. He is also survived by several step-brothers and step-sister.
Memorials may be given in honor of Michael to the Muscular Dystrophy Association or the American Cancer Society.
