He is survived by: his father Lance Sullivan of Connersville; his wife Jordyn Sullivan; his sons, Brandon Roger Sullivan of Richmond, Indiana, Wyatt Christopher Sullivan of Richmond, Indiana and Maverick Scott Sullivan of Richmond, Indiana; his brothers, Jackson Ponder and Riley of Richmond; his grandfather Frank Rastbichler; his great-uncle Tony Rastbichler; his great-aunt Anne Marie Michaels of Richmond; his aunts and uncles, Kevin (Jill Yaryan), Rita Hughett of Richmond, Robin Yaryan (Matt) of Connersville and Kim Sullivan of Centerville; and his cousins, Andy, Amanda Yaryan of Connersville, Sara, Nathan Newton of Centerville, Leanna, Brandon Watts of Connersville, Matt, Rachel Parsley of Connersville, Ross, Andrea Barbee of Indianapolis, Ladina, Deven Hughett of Richmond, Christopher Bridgford of Richmond and Michael Sullivan of Centerville.
