It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Anna Miller of Richmond, Indiana, who passed away on January 10, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John West and Mabel Irene Pfoutz West; her husband Edwin; her daughter Debra Hale; her granddaughter Angela Renee'Brown; and her brother Arthur "Art" West.
She is survived by: her children, John Edwin Miller (Sue) of Whitewater and Ruth Ann Brown (Ricky) of Richmond; her grandchildren, John Miller, Terri Linn Kenner, Traci Clark, Stephanie Nicholson and Kimberly Ashcraft; and her brother Richard "Dick" West. She is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren, six great-great-grandchildren.
