He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard (Juanita Mercer Webb) and Richmond. He is survived by: his children, Michelle Taylor (Phillip) and Tim Webb (Sheley Murray); his stepchildren, Tracy Brewer (Micah) and Travis James Beach (Kim); his brothers, William Webb (Janie) and Mark Webb (Bridget); and his close friend Sandra Warmoth. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
