She was predeceased by: her father John Cottrell "Fuzzy"; her grandparents, Betty Jane Moore, Velma Maxine Dalton and John "Johnny" Cottrell; and her close friend Shelby Terrell.
She is survived by: her mother Pamela Cottrell; her children, Sealy of Greens Fork, Indiana, Morgan Cottrell of Greens Fork, Indiana, Levi of Greens Fork, Indiana and Payton Wilson of Greens Fork, Indiana; and the mother of her child Pamela Cottrell.
