He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Joseph and Mildred Louise Goss Pugh; and his siblings, Fred, Bobby, Steve and Sandra.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Thomas Jr., Helen, Doug, Eddie, Theresa and Christie; his siblings, Betty Dulley, Rose Jackson, Linda Simpson and David Pugh; and his great grandchild Kaylauna Ray. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
