She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lowell and Norma Jean Smith Kelley; and her sister Sonja Joy Kelley. She is survived by: her siblings, Gerald Duane Kelley (Lois Marie) of Sullivan, Marvin Dean Kelley (Diane) of Connersville, Bobby Gene Kelley (Joyce) of Myrtle Beach, Douglas Scott Kelley (Anna) of Greenwood, Indiana and Judy Belinda Thomas (Jonathan) of Hobe Sound, Florida. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are to be made to the First Church of the Nazarene, Connersville, Indiana.
