We are sad to announce that on September 14, 2023, at the age of 99, Noel Arthur of Richmond, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Joan Arthur; and his parents, Lester Arthur and Lenna Arthur. He is survived by: his sons, Bruce Arthur and Steve Arthur (Debbie); his grandchildren, Justin (Nikole), Miles, Dan, Erin, Macey and Laurie; and his great grandchild Triston.
