She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard O'Dell and Ruth Mary O'Dell; her son Justin Dane Richards; and her sisters, Nancy Dill and Anna Marie O'Dell.
She is survived by: her husband Kent Webb; her children, Jason Richards, Angie Tobin (Maggie), Travis Webb (Michael Hanson) and Tonya Rosh (Garrett); her grandchildren, Reese Rosh and Graham Rosh; her brothers, Larry O'Dell (Sharron) and George O'Dell (Kathy); and her brother-in-law Robert Dill. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
