She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert E. Fields and Edna Pearl Eadler Fields; her husband Charles W. "Chuck" Spurrier; and her siblings, Lova Jean Stephens, Robert Fields and James Fields.
She is survived by: her children, Christy Johnson (Scott), Rob Spurrier (Kim) and Jeff Spurrier (Tracy); her mother-in-law Ada May Lock; and her grandchildren, Justin Johnson, Josh Johnson, Sam Bentlage, Mackenzie VanWinkle and Ashlyn Spurrier. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, a cousin and several nieces & nephews.
