She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Loyd and Martha Marie Kees Jennings; and her brother James Jennings. She is survived by: her husband Jack Dowler; her children, Debbie Rudd, Nancy Dowler (Mark Kessler) and David Dowler (Lori); her grandchildren, Nicholas Schultz (Sarah), Melissa Deuster (Joe), Kyle Schultz and Natasha Hendricks (Alex); her brother Kenneth Jennings; and her sister-in-law Andrea Jennings. She is also survived by nieces; nephews; cousins; and many special friends.
