He is survived by: his friend Don Berry; his wife Sue Ellen Martin (Hughes); his children, Jack Martin Jr., Lori Martin and Rebecca Koorsen; his grandchildren, Courtney Blevins (John), Jared Martin, Abigail Ballard, Alexis Martin, Hayley Koorsen (Joshua Brown), Airy Parsons (Nate), Aydan Litton, Maksim Koorsen and Liam Martin; his great grandchildren, Heidy, Emelia, John and Corban Blevins; and his siblings, John Bowen (Terrie), Fredrick Thomas Martin (Doris), Jay Martin (Debbie), Jerry Martin, James Rahdert, Carol Nolte and Kathy Baker (John).
