With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ernest W. Mills of Richmond, Indiana, born in Georgetown, Illinois, who passed away on March 22, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Mills and Lois Black Mills; his wife Betty Eckler Mills; and his brothers-in-law, Jim Walker and Eugene Taylor.
He is survived by: his daughter Beth Lydick (David) of Richmond; his grandsons, Michael Lydick (Daniele Lynch) of Richmond and Andrew Lydick (Bre'Anna Jarrett) of Indianapolis, Indiana; his great grandchild Averie Lydick; and his sisters, Donna Taylor of Chrisman, Illinois, Norma Walker and Katie Myers. He is also survived by his three sisters; and many, many friends.
