Seamans of Richmond, Indiana, born in Connersville, Indiana, who passed away on December 18, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifton Gabbard and Hazel Isaacs Gabbard; and her sister Darlene Gabbard. She is survived by: her husband William Seamans; and her siblings, Deborah Kellum (Danny), Doyle and Douglas Gabbard. She is also survived by several nephews; and many friends.
