It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dianna Lynn Williams of Richmond, Indiana, who passed away on November 9, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rankin Ed and Barbara Jean Atkins; and her husband Thomas Carlin. She is survived by: her children, Emely Hay (Bragg), Jeremy Atkins and Jason Hay; her brothers, Mike Atkins and Timothy Atkins; and her close friend Joni Koohtz. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins.
