It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Alan Chamberlain of Richmond, Indiana, who passed away on August 9, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Noel Chamberlain and Rosemary Chamberlain; his sister Anita Delaplane; and his grandson Jamison Matheny. He is survived by: his caregiver Sheree Chamberlain; his children, Duane Chamberlain (Stephanie) and Dara Matheny (Jeff); and his grandchildren, Tristan Chamberlain, Taylor Chamberlain and Jaima Matheny.
